- For deeper cleaning, hand wash only in lukewarm water with gentle detergent. Air dry and reshape while damp.
- Do not wring, machine wash, or place in the dryer.
- Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or direct scrubbing on logos/embroidery.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 2–4 business days following the placement of your order for in-stock items. Processing times are subject to change at any time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Returns
We hope you love your TN Hat! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different hat, please return your hat and then a new order will be placed.
