Shipping
Most orders will ship within 2–4 business days following the placement of your order for in-stock items. Processing times are subject to change at any time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Returns
We hope you love your TN Hat! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different hat, please return your hat and then a new order will be placed.

High quality great hat!
The hat is poorly constructed, the cap is not attached to the center of the bill of the hat. I cant wear rhe had.
I would love to know who you do your hats through. I love the manufacturing, all the stickers and paper. Please share which manufacturer you use! great quality!
