Returns
We hope you love your TN Hat! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different hat, please return your hat and then a new order will be placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@tnhat.shop and we’ll make it right.
