Most orders will ship within 2–4 business days following the placement of your order for in-stock items. Processing times are subject to change at any time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will be processed the following business day.

Returns
We hope you love your TN Hat! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different hat, please return your hat and then a new order will be placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@tnhat.shop and we’ll make it right.

I have been looking for a new TN hat for forever! I love the dusty rose color. I had to tighten the strap as far as it would allow to make it fit me correctly. TN born & raised and love to show my TN pride. Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and communication was excellent. Hat was packaged in the perfect box and arrived in pristine condition.
