Our Iron Mountain patch pays tribute to the state’s deep-rooted manufacturing and mining history. Established by Iron Mountain Stoneware, from 1965 to 1992, the community was known for producing high-quality pottery in Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee.
Spot clean with a damp cloth, mild soap, and cool water.
For deeper cleaning, hand wash only in lukewarm water with gentle detergent.
Air dry and reshape while damp. Do not wring, machine wash, or place in the dryer.
Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or direct scrubbing on logos/embroidery.
Specialty fabrics (cotton) should be spot cleaned only.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 2–4 business days following the placement of your order for in-stock items. Processing times are subject to change at any time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Returns
We hope you love your TN Tote! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
